Who we are
Aedita (“we”, “us”) runs aedita.com and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us about privacy at hello@aedita.com.
What we collect
When you sign up for early access, we store what you give us in the form:
- Your email address.
- The prompt you typed to describe your product, and the website address in it, if any.
- Context of the sign-up: the industry you last selected on the page, which form you used, the page you signed up on, the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link (UTM), your browser language, your country (worked out from your IP address by our hosting provider; we don’t store the IP address with your sign-up) and the time.
Until you submit the form, the referral information stays in your browser’s session storage and is not sent to us. We don’t record what you type unless you submit it.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
Why we use it
- To give you early access and email you when your ads or your spot are ready (performing our agreement with you).
- To send occasional updates about Aedita, which you can stop at any time (your consent).
- To understand which products and industries are interested, and to learn publicly available information about the company behind the website you entered, so we can prepare your ads (our legitimate interest).
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam sign-ups (our legitimate interest).
We don’t sell or rent your personal data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
The site doesn’t set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or session recording that needs cookies, it will only run after you accept it in a consent banner, and we will list it here.
Where it is stored and who processes it
The site and the sign-up database are hosted by Cloudflare. Emails are sent through an email delivery provider. These providers process data only on our instructions. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States; where required, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Sign-up data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until early access ends and we no longer need it. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, emailhello@aedita.com from the address you signed up with. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents: we don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children
Aedita is a business tool and isn’t meant for anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We’ll update this page when what we collect changes, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell people on our list by email.
